1. Scope
Article 1. WalletHistory is a personal finance management platform available as a web application. It is operated by Plamen Georgiev, Bulgaria, Varna (the operator). These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the operator and the users.
Article 2. By using WalletHistory, users can organize and manage their personal finances more efficiently.
Article 3. These Terms govern the use of the WalletHistory website and platform. Users agree to use the services in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms, not to infringe the rights or legitimate interests of third parties and not to engage in malicious or unlawful activities.
2. Terms of use
Article 4. These Terms apply to all users of WalletHistory. By accessing or using any WalletHistory service, users confirm that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
The operator may change these Terms at any time. Changes are published on the website before they take effect, and registered users are notified by email.
Article 5. The platform is generally available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability (see Article 11).
Article 6. Any use of the content of the WalletHistory website or platform, including copying, reproducing, publishing, distributing, displaying or modifying it outside the permissions granted by these Terms, requires the prior written permission of the operator.
3. Rights and responsibilities
User registration and account
Article 7. To use WalletHistory you must create an account on the web platform with your own email address. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. The operator may refuse, suspend or delay a registration at their discretion.
You can delete your account at any time in the application (Profile → Settings → Delete account). Deleting it permanently removes your data, as described in the Privacy Policy.
User data
Article 8. You may store financial information, dates, notes and other personal finance data in WalletHistory. You are solely responsible for the data you enter and for any consequences of it. You may not enter content that is violent, pornographic, discriminatory, racist, defamatory or unlawful, or that infringes the rights of others.
Article 9. The operator is not responsible for the accuracy of the information users enter or for reports and analyses generated from it. The operator does not routinely monitor user content but may remove or restrict access to content that breaks these Terms or the law. You are responsible for keeping your own backups; you can download your reports as CSV files.
No professional advice
Article 10. Based on the information you enter, WalletHistory produces reports, statistics and comparisons to help you understand your personal finances. They are for information only and are not financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice. The operator gives no warranty that they are accurate, complete or suitable for any purpose, and is not liable for loss arising from your interpretation of or reliance on them, to the extent the law allows.
4. Service availability and maintenance
Article 11. WalletHistory is continuously evolving. The operator may update the platform, change its functionality, add features or discontinue features. There is no obligation to provide ongoing maintenance or updates.
The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service or the providers it depends on may be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems or events beyond reasonable control.
5. Privacy
Article 12. Your personal data is processed as needed to provide the services described in these Terms. How it is collected, used, stored and protected is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms, and cookies are described in the Cookies Policy.
6. Third-party services
Article 13. WalletHistory relies on third-party providers, for example for hosting, database and email delivery. Their own terms may apply to the parts of the service they provide.
7. Final provisions
Article 14. All correspondence about the use of WalletHistory should be sent to wallethistory@yahoo.com.
Article 15. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes are subject to the Bulgarian courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country.
Article 16. These Terms took effect on 24 October 2019 and were last updated on 15 October 2026. If a registered user informs the operator that they do not agree with these Terms or a later change, the operator may immediately suspend access to the account and end the registration.
